Varda provides communications, lead attribution, revenue reporting, and related workflow software for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to our customers and website visitors.
Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Account information such as name, company name, email address, phone number, and billing details.
- Communication data such as phone calls, text messages, web chat transcripts, emails, notes, and workflow activity.
- Attribution and usage data such as referral source, landing page, campaign, click identifiers, browser metadata, and product interaction logs.
- Connected integration data provided by services our customers authorize Varda to access.
How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Varda platform.
- Route, summarize, and respond to customer communications.
- Measure lead quality, revenue attribution, and business outcomes.
- Support onboarding, troubleshooting, billing, and customer success.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Google Search Console Data
If a customer connects Google Search Console to Varda, Varda requests read-only access using the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly
scope.
- We use this access only to retrieve Search Console property and performance data the user already has permission to view.
- We use that data to compare search demand, leads, booked revenue, and collected revenue inside Varda.
- We do not use Google Search Console data to modify Search Console settings or content.
- We do not sell Google user data.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers and subprocessors that help us operate Varda, with integrations our customers authorize, and when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- Customers can update account details and integration settings within the product.
- Customers may disconnect integrations such as Google Search Console at any time.
- Visitors may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
