Use of the Service

You may use Varda only in compliance with applicable law and only for your internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for the activity that occurs in your workspace and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of the information, communications, and business data you submit to Varda. You grant Varda the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and analyze that data to provide the service.

Integrations

Varda may connect to third-party services at your direction. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to connect those services and share data with Varda.

Fees

Paid plans, usage-based charges, and billing terms are governed by your order form, subscription, or pricing agreement with Varda. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a written agreement.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Varda to violate law, infringe rights, or transmit unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform except as permitted by law.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or modify the service over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except as expressly stated in a written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varda disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or as otherwise permitted by law or contract.
